The Town 5k

Date: May 24, 2025

We wanted to make sure that everyone had an opportunity to enjoy the flowing trails and views of the town at the Leavenworth Ski Hill Area and added a shorter 5k event. Participants start and finish in the center of the festival, grab great views of the valley below, get to enjoy the trail running family and take on a new mountain running adventure.

Awards

Custom Awards – Top 3 men, women, non-binary, boys and girls.
All finishers receive a wooden medal, La Javelina meal, snacks, Best Day Brewing NA Beer, and other soft drinks.

Discounted registration for Under 20 Youth.

• After January 14, 2025 $50.31 with Ultrasignup fees

• 8:20 am Pre-race meeting
• 8:30 am 5k Race Starts
• 10:00 am 5k Awards

Cupless Event

We will not be providing any cups on the course or at the start finish line. Please bring your own cup and or hydration vessel. If you don’t have one, we will have Hydrapak Speedcup available prior to the start at packet pickup.

More Running Less Footprint – Sustainability Center

We work to become a carbon neutral event each year. The More Running Less Footprint center provides recycling for aluminum, paper and plastic. There is also a Terracycle bin for nutrional wrappers, chip bags, and gel packets. You can also bring in your used running shoes for recycling. Each pair donated displaces 30 pounds of CO2.

One Tree Planted

We have partnered with One Tree Planted to give all participants an opportunity to plant five trees in the State of Washington rather than receive a finishers award. You can help us stay carbon neutral and make a difference in air quality. You can select this option during registration.
